Tryout Info, Dates & Times For the 2009-2010 Club Volleyball Season |

Tryout Requirements
All players must pre-register with USA Volleyball at www.ntrvolleyball.org (click on registration) prior to coming to tryouts. Players must bring proof of paid USAV registration, copy of the players birth certificate, ACE pre-registration form and a medical release form (for tryouts the medical release does not have to be notarized) make multiple copies of all information if you plan to tryout for more than one club. Tryout Dates & Times All Tryouts have been completed for the 2009/2010 season We recommend that you attend the first 2 days of tryouts
for your age group if possible. Day 2 is offer day
If a player is going to
miss a scheduled tryout please
notify us
in advance. Please plan on arriving at least 15 minutes early for the
1st day of tryouts and plan to attend all of the second day of tryouts, this
is offer day. A parent or legal guardian needs to accompany each
prospective player to the first day of tryouts to complete the tryout forms.
If you are in
High School
playoffs, it is the North Texas Region policy that you can not tryout until
your school season is finished. However, you still need to come to the
tryouts and complete the necessary paperwork. We also would like the player
to stay and watch the tryouts. If possible please notify us in advance and
we will do our best to send a coach to your game to watch you play. If you
have video footage from a game this season we will provide it to the coaches
for them to watch.
If you are still in your
Junior
High/Middle School
season you are allowed to tryout during your season. If our tryouts directly
conflict with one of your 7th or 8th grade games, please let us know in
advance so we can try to send a coach to watch one of your matches.
